Arrival of MEC CIR Wolrige Gordon of Esslemont, MEC JAMEC Bob Wray, Hon Grand Superintendent Fraser, Mrs Joan Fraser, MEC Tom Frost and MEC Grahame Smith in Johannesburg South Africa14 Nov 2007. Taken from the airport in a Limousine to private guesthouse. Same evening attending Lodge Alpha Crusis accompanied by the RWDGM, Bro. RG Law.

On the 15th Nov the First Grand Principal and the Grand Superintendent visited MEC B Wray, Hon Grand Superintendent, at a private care centre. The evening the guests attended a privateCentral SA District Office supper at Monte casino (Verdicchiou Restaurant).

The next day the First Grand Principal, and visitors took a tour of Roslyn Park old age home and attended a private lunch at the District Office with the RWDGM, Bro. RG Law and the Grand Superintendent. The evening the First Grand Principal and guests attended a Mark Degree working at Brixton Royal Arch Chapter.

District Grand Chapter Central South Africa, Annual Convocation on the 17th Nov, and Installation of MEC DMA Gardiner, Grand Superintendent Elect, and Office Bearers, at the St George Hotel in Olifantsfontein.

Grand Superintendents from Zimbabwe, Western Cape, Malawi (Supervisor), Eastern Cape, Natal (Depute G/S) and Central South Africa in attendance.

Also in attendance RWDGM Bro RG Law (Central SA) and RWDGM Bro. D Dye (Eastern Cape) and the Deputy for the Province (Transvaal and Orange Free State), V.ILL Bro. H Deligeorges, the District Grand Prior, Rt. Em. Fra. Richard J Laing and representatives from all the sister constitutions.

After the Convocation MEC DMA Gardiner and his Office Bearers, MEC'S CIR Wolrige Gordon of Esslemont, JA Fraser, Tom Frost, G Smith, District Grand Masters and Heads of Orders marched into the main hall with full regalia and a Scottish pipe band.

The Dinner Dance after the Convocation

The dinner dance was well attended with 300 people from all Orders as well as the general public. During the evening MEC Braam Visser invited the First Grand Principal to the stage, asked all to be upstanding and to sing "Flower of Scotland" assisted by two pipers.
